How it works

How NoSolo CRM uses your Google data

NoSolo CRM can connect to your Google Workspace account so it can turn incoming business emails into CRM records. When you connect Google, we only access what you approve on Google's consent screen:

  • Your name, email, and basic profile — to create and secure your account.
  • Gmail messages and attachments (read-only) — only if you enable email ingestion, to read incoming business emails and create records such as RFQs. We never send email on your behalf.
