This Privacy Policy explains how Ashwad LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the NoSolo CRM application (the "App"), whose home page is at https://ashwad.com/nosolocrm/.
NoSolo CRM is a business tool that helps companies manage their sales pipeline — requests for quotation (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, and order confirmations — and, where a company chooses to connect a Google Workspace account, to read incoming business emails so they can be turned into CRM records. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Who uses this App
NoSolo CRM is used by businesses. A company administrator connects the App to their own Google Workspace account (for example, name@yourcompany.com). The people whose data we process are the company's authorized users and the business contacts contained in the emails and documents the company chooses to process.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
Account and profile details you enter into the App, and the business documents you upload or create (RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, and related contact and company records).
1.2 Google account information (via Google OAuth)
When you sign in with Google or connect a Google Workspace account, we access only the information permitted by the scopes you approve on Google's consent screen. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

We request the minimum scopes necessary for the features you use. If you do not enable email ingestion, we do not access your Gmail content.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App's CRM features.
- To read and extract structured data from the emails and documents you choose to process, and to turn them into CRM records.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To respond to your support requests and to maintain and improve the App's core functionality.
We do not use your Google Workspace data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Google API Limited Use disclosure
NoSolo CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of the App, we do not transfer or sell it for advertising or other unrelated purposes, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security or legal reasons, or to operate the feature you requested.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Within your company: CRM records are visible to the authorized users of the company account that created them.
- Service providers: With vendors who host and operate the App on our behalf (such as our cloud hosting and database providers), under obligations to protect the data.
- Legal reasons: When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including data obtained through Google APIs — at any time by contacting us at the address below. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect or delete your account, we delete or de-identify the associated Google user data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL.
