Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoSolo CRM application (the "App"), operated by Ashwad LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and available at https://ashwad.com/nosolocrm/. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

NoSolo CRM is a business customer-relationship-management tool that helps companies manage their sales pipeline — including requests for quotation (RFQs), quotations, purchase orders, and order confirmations — and, where a company chooses to connect a Google Workspace account, to read incoming business emails and attachments so they can be turned into CRM records.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your company to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload or create in the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the App to you and your company. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any content you process through the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including information obtained through Google APIs. Please review it carefully.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs and our cloud hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashwad LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and disconnect its access to your Google account via your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
